Leverage

The LEVERAGE Program is a high impact, 12-month program for founders and entrepreneurs who are focussed on growing their business. LEVERAGE helps to simplify strategy, create engaged teams, execute reliably, and increase cash flow.

The program is experiential, not just theoretical. Learn through games, hotseats, group discussions, exercises, and many more activities! LEVERAGE is immersive and based on real-world scenarios. Each meeting is a unique experience enhanced by the group that you are sharing it with. It is not a seminar, rather a facilitated discussion around growth and expansion of each participants’ business across the duration of the 12-month program.

 
 

  • Committed Founders, business owners or entrepreneurs who have a proven revenue stream, growth orientated, willing to change and willing to face reality. Comfortable with technology and caught up in the day to day running of the business and are ready to grow their business.

  • LEVERAGE covers the following topics, including but not limited to; financial literacy, strategy, business plans, sales, team building, business development, cashflow and marketing. LEVERAGE gets real about life, and life skills such a leadership, relationships, psychology and wealth conversations will also be covered.

  • Commercially this a $10,000+ program for the year. Through the efforts of the SRI and our funding partners, Leverage has been offered at $997 + GST for the year for non-founders or $497 + GST for existing founders Become a founder.

LEVERAGE is created and delivered by Mandy Walker, Director of Focus First Business Coaching. She has a proven track-record of success not only to help businesses save time, energy and money from avoiding costly mistakes, but significantly accelerating growth. 

Over the past 10 years she has been developing high impact growth programs supporting regional entrepreneurs, start-ups and businesses master business growth. LEVERAGE helps you to step your business up to the next level.  

Structure and workload

  • Over the course of the 12 months, there are 4 workshops with Mandy. 

  • The 1st meeting is 3.5 days. Starting on the evening before the main workshop, followed by 3 full-days from 6am to 6pm. 

  • The next 3 meetings are roughly 3 months apart. Each meeting is 2 full days from 8am until close of business. 

  • In between the meetings you will work within a buddy group to ensure accountability and progress. 

  • Mandy is available for 1-on-1 mentoring sessions throughout the program.
