Misha Fazen is a senior manager specialising in data, performance, and operational systems, bringing over 15 years of experience in the mining, oil and gas, and construction sectors. She has successfully led major transformation and analytics initiatives, including delivering seven enterprise systems within four months during a billion-dollar acquisition. Misha focuses on operational excellence, safety systems, and change management. Additionally, she actively mentors emerging professionals in her field. Currently, she is developing advanced data analytics to identify leading indicators and creating AI-enabled solutions that enhance organisational performance and promote innovative, data-driven changes in the field.
